CityService H35
Do you have questions or concerns for the city administration, need to apply for a new ID card or driver's license, want to deregister or re-register a business and, and ...? We offer you one-stop services in our central city service H35, directly opposite the Heinrichstraße central bus stop. You are spared cumbersome visits to the authorities and time-consuming journeys.
StadtService H35 will remain closed on Saturdays until further notice. Appointments that have already been made will remain open and can be attended! Opening hours remain unchanged from Monday to Friday.
We are also currently unable to guarantee that every citizen will be given an appointment within 14 days. In the case of requests with a statutory deadline (e.g. when registering or re-registering a place of residence), confirmation of the booked appointment is proof that the deadline has been met.

Please note that it is always necessary to make an appointment in advance at StadtService H35. Appointments for StadtService H35 can be made online, by telephone on 0365-838-1900 or directly at reception in StadtService H35.
For some services, such as document collection, no appointment is required. These are processed directly at the reception desk in StadtService H35. For urgent cases, such as the loss of an identity card or other similar documents, we promise an individual solution to the problem on site, even without an appointment.
