Salary and remuneration

The employment relationship of our employees is based on the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD). This results in the following benefits:

• an annual vacation entitlement of 30 days
• a special annual payment
• performance-related pay (LOB)

The level of salary for salaried employees is also determined by the TVöD. A general overview of the salary level can be found in the TVöD pay tables. The allocation to the levels depends on the respective professional experience.

The salaries of our civil servants are based on the statutory provisions of the Thuringian Salaries Act (ThürBesG).
