Online appointment allocation

Appointments can now be made online at the Gera City Administration Office for the areas of vehicle registration, special registration and driving license authority. Please note that processing will no longer be carried out without an appointment. Appointments can be booked for all specialist matters under the following LINK. In exceptional cases, appointments can be made by telephone (see service bar for contact details). Please bring all the necessary documents with you to the agreed appointment. Applications cannot be processed if the documents are incomplete. You can register on site at the terminal (e.g. using a QR code) at the earliest 15 minutes before the appointment. You will receive more detailed information by e-mail after booking your appointment.

In the following selected cases, waiting tokens will continue to be issued on site. These are available on a limited basis and are used to process last-minute requests.
