Personnel

The tasks of the Human Resources department include the implementation of proper recruitment procedures, from job advertisement to recruitment, as well as the development of training concepts and further training measures.

The department comprises two teams - personnel recruitment/development and personnel support. A total of 10 colleagues are experts in their field and the point of contact for all employees in the city of Gera.

Personnel recruitment and development:

  • Carrying out job advertisements and recruitment procedures
  • Job interviews incl. applicant selection
  • Personnel marketing and public relations
  • Organization of internships
  • Creation of the personnel development concept
  • Organization of training courses and workshops
  • Ensuring the framework conditions, organization and management of training

Personnel support for all employees:

  • Personnel administration and support for all employees on the basis of collective agreements and statutory regulations
  • Structuring employment relationships in line with collective agreements
  • Processing employees' personnel-related concerns
  • Advisory function for all employees
  • Processing labor law issues
  • Conducting personnel and welfare discussions
  • Reporting and statistics
